We are living a shift from the 'Knowledge Economy' to the 'Trust Economy' driven in one hand by the needs of more predictability, more accuracy and more efficiency, and in the other hand by the needs of more fairness, more transparency and more sustainability. In terms of what's next for the 'Knowledge workers' we can envision that Digital Technology and especially AI will drive four types of change which could fit into this 4-quadrant: on the bottom left, there are jobs that will disappear, on the upper left, jobs that will be technology-augmented, on the bottom right, those jobs that will evolve to become tech-job, and on the upper right, jobs that are quite hard to imagine from now because they will be related to things for which we know nothing yet. In which of these types of change will AI have the greatest impact on our society?
