Governments around the world see artificial intelligence as a capability that will increasingly be woven into the definition of the nation. But when we think of the developments of artificial intelligence, we immediately think of the path of technological advances. Yet the fundamental issue of the developments of artificial intelligence is elsewhere: a developed nation will go hand in hand with a developed artificial intelligence, that is to say, guaranteeing fairness, confidentiality, interoperability, explainability, transparency, accountability and positive economic and social impact for society.
