As a futurist, Tom focuses on the convergence of technology and consumer behavior via artificial intelligence through his platform Innovation to Reality™. He regularly speaks at leading industry forums, including TEDx, Ad Age Data, Mobile World Congress and more. 

Tom is a highly regarded industry leader in AI, data, omnichannel, and digital transformation. Tom was recognized as one of the 50 most influential business leaders in tech, a 2021 OnCon Icon Top 10 Global Marketer award winner, 2020 CX Summit Digital Marketing Professional of the Year, 2020 and 2019 Professional of the Year for Marketing & Emerging Technology, 2019 Tech Titan Technology Advocate award winner, 2019 Marketing Trailblazer & Contributor award winner and recently named by Advertising Age as a Marketing Technology Trailblazer. 

Prior to Omnicom Health Group, Tom was Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Epsilon, a data-based marketing company. There he had a broad remit that encompassed Strategy/Data/AI and Technology. Before that, Tom was EVP of Strategy & Innovation, Digital, for the Marketing Arm, which is an Omnicom company.
