The Sundar Subramanian Conversation
Sundar Subramanian is a New York based Partner and the US & Mexico Leader of Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Sundar also leads the Enterprise Strategy, Value Creation and Digital Transformation practice with P&L, go to market, and team responsibilities across the industry sectors for PwC.
His focus is on serving CEOs and Executive teams on creating transformative value by - developing dynamic and resilient growth strategies; designing new business models; helping acquire or build capabilities; digitizing processes embedding AI, analytics and automation; and reorganizing to become fit for growth.
Sundar has held leadership roles as part of Booz & Company, prior to its acquisition by PwC including overseeing marketing and thought leadership creation, Fit for Growth*, and the core operations offerings.
He has led multiple large scale transformation and turnaround programs with clients across industries and contributed to billions of dollars of value creation. He brings an investor lens to value, and applying digital, AI and advanced analytics to transform businesses.

Before Strategy&, Sundar worked for WellCare Health Plans in multiple management roles supporting growth, corporate development, operations, and launching new businesses like Medicare Part D. Prior to that Sundar was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Sundar has an MBA from The Wharton School, MS from MIT, and a BTech from IIT-Varanasi, India.
