Jochen Ditsche is a Senior Partner in the Digital practice and Head of Roland Berger N3XT EMEA. As an expert in digitization processes, Jochen has been advising clients across a wide range of industries since 2008, including telecommunications, financial services and automotive.

​In the recent years he specialized in establishing new digital strategies and helps clients to transfer their USP end to end into the digital world – and here we not only talk about products and services but also their (backend) processes, which he considers to be the "secret sauce" of his core clients.

With Roland Berger N3XT he also drives delivering new consulting service models needed for these end to end transformations: Analytics, Venture Building and connecting Digital and IT.

​Jochen Ditsche holds a degree and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Mainz. He also attended Pennsylvania State University.
