Digital transformation is first and foremost a transformation in the way to solve (big) problems with a user and customer-centric approach. This goes with a greater opportunity to place human and society at the center of the value creation process while enhancing one of the most critical aspect of our intelligence: empathy. On the contrary, any digital transformation which fails to transform the way we think in solving problems with user, customer, hence human at the heart is doomed at creating a double effect harming consequence: not only it amplifies inefficiency in establishing or increasing any economic viability but it multiplies handicaps and constraints in preventing building good for society. Digital Transformation is the purposeful human experience we want to create.
